PanSaver Pan Liners
Ovenable (400°F/204°C) PanSaver Pan Liners are used in food preparation, cooking and holding, to prevent food from "baking-on" and "burning-on" to the pot or pan surface. PanSaver can also be used for cold storage.
Directions for use:
Apply the fitted size to the appropriate pan. PanSaver Pan Liners are generously cut to afford complete coverage of the food contact areas of the pot or pan. Our new Contour Fit® assures a perfectly sized pan liner that keeps food from getting lost in the corners.
- Place PanSaver in pan and skirt the outer edge of the pan with the excess material. Skirting will prevent the PanSaver material from falling into the pan.
- Place food in the pan on the PanSaver Pan Liner.
- Then bake, cook on a flat-top, roast, microwave, steam, or use in a convection oven.
- At the end of the night, either discard left over food or store food in a clean PanSaver to re-serve the next day.
- Remove and dispose of the pan liner, and your pan needs to simply be sanitized.

Oven Roasting Bags
Directions for use:
Oven Cooking:
- Coat inside of bag with flour. Place seasoned raw meats, poultry or fish into bag. For such recipes as Coq Au Vin
and Pot Roast, add vegetables and sauces. Secure bag with tie, and cut off excess.
- Place bag in 2" to 4" deep pan large enough to hold entire bag and allow for some expansion.
- Using a fork, puncture the top of the bag 6-8 times. Because meats cook faster, we suggest using a meat
thermometer. Simply insert it through the bag.
- Place in a PREHEATED oven and cook as directed, making sure the pan and oven bag are away from oven walls and
racks. DO NOT ALLOW TEMPERATURE TO EXCEED 400° F.
- For extra browning or crispness slit top of bag down the middle for last 20-30 minutes of roasting.
Steaming:
- Place food in bag removing as much air as possible. Secure bag with tie.
- Place bag in steamer and follow cooking directions on steamer.
- When cooked, remove bag and allow to stand for one minute before opening.
Boiling or Heating:
- Place food in bag, removing as much air as possible. Secure bag with tie.
- Immerse bag in boiling water. Cook as directed.
- When cooked, remove bag and allow to stand for one minute before opening.
Freezing:
- Place food in bag, removing as much air as possible. Secure bag with tie.
- Place bag in freezer for future use.
- When reconstituting, follow instructions according to cooking method — oven cooking, boiling or steaming.
