To Steam Vegetables:
Add vegetables, spices and 1/4 cup water to steamer bag. Close bag with nylon tie. Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag for steam to escape. Cook in microwave safe dish 9-11 minutes.*

To Steam Fish:
Add fish, spices, 3 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to steamer bag (butter or margarine optional). Close bag with nylon tie. Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag for steam to escape. Cook in microwave safe dish 6-8 minutes until fish flakes easily.*

	Oven must be pre-heated. Do not exceed 400°F.
	Line dish or pan with liner, skirting excess material as shown.
	Place dish or pan in oven, allowing distance from heating element. Avoid direct contact with liner and oven walls / rack.
	Bake or Roast following recipe instructions.

Open liner and place in the slow cooker. Fit liner to sides and bottom. Skirt exterior of slow cooker with remaining liner material.		Put ingredients in slow cooker and turn on to proper temperature. Place lid on slow cooker, follow recipe.
To serve: Carefully remove lid allowing steam to escape. Then serve from the slow cooker.		Turn off cooker and allow it to cool. Remove slow cooker liner and place in the trash.
